As an aspiring actor with stage fright, you are friendless and penniless in New York City. All you need is to get over your nerves. That, and a bus ticket back to your home town where you aren’t a little fish in a big pond. As fate would have it, you find a chance to kill two birds with one stone.
Stage Fright was one of our earliest projects, back when Larry and Terry worked on small titles under the Tuttle Games name.
Up until then, we had only done browser-based minigames, often as learning exercises through the #OneGameAMonth community.
This was our debut in both Unity and the “interactive short story” genre. The feedback from our players confirmed that we could deliver an engaging story even with very simple game mechanics. One could say that our emphasis on narrative was born here!
